Liam grew up in St Helens and built his work ethic from the ground up, spending years in the utility sector from 2017 before catching the property bug in early 2024. Alongside his career, he's currently studying Global Business Management, bringing a sharp commercial mindset to everything he does.

By the age of 20 he had already bought his first home, and by 26 was raising three children, proof that Liam has never been someone to shy away from responsibility.

Since stepping into property, he has already been involved in over £2 million across 15+ deals, working across BTL, BRRR, flips, and assisted sales to help investors build real, lasting wealth. He's not just in the business of transactions. He's on a mission to put St Helens on the map as a prime destination for serious property investment, shining a light on the town's exciting growth trajectory.

A St Helens lad through and through, Liam is passionate about his hometown in every sense, from championing its property market to cheering on St Helens RFC on the terraces. He played rugby league himself from age 6 to 24, so he knows a thing or two about discipline, teamwork, and backing yourself. He's also a loyal Manchester United supporter.
